Mechanical and Electrical Main Contracting
Complete M&E packages delivered as main contractor: mechanical, electrical, controls, builders work and specialist trades under one point of responsibility.

Many of our clients want one contractor for the whole job. As main contractor or principal contractor we manage the mechanical and electrical installation together with site welfare, health and safety, programme, asbestos removal, builders work, scaffolding, decoration and specialist subcontractors.
At Ashurst Hospital we delivered a complete mechanical and electrical upgrade including heating, water, air conditioning, drainage, small power, lighting, fire alarm and intruder alarm. At Dunmow Community Centre the package included a ground source heat pump, BMS, power, lighting, EV charging, fire alarm, CCTV and lightning protection.
