Gas work is part of almost every plant room we refurbish. We alter and upsize incoming gas pipework to suit new boiler layouts, install gas safety circuits with electro-thermal devices and solenoid valves, bond new pipework to earth and paint and identify it to current standards.
At Hadley Wood Primary School the incoming gas main was increased from 2 inch to 4 inch to serve three new 120kW boilers. At Gunnersbury Catholic School we modified the gas services and installed a new gas safety circuit as part of the plant room upgrade.

Can you upgrade an undersized gas supply?
Yes. We size the supply for the new plant and carry out the alterations, as we did at Hadley Wood Primary School.
Do you service commercial gas plant?
Yes. Gas Safe inspections and servicing are part of our maintenance packages for schools, healthcare and commercial buildings.
Is plant room ventilation checked?
Yes. We review the existing ventilation against the new installation and carry out any works needed for compliance.
