Civic, Leisure and Community Buildings
Local authority and community projects, from cooling towers on a civic centre to a ground source heat pump in a new community centre.

Arthur Preou built the company's first client base among local authorities in the 1960s, and public buildings remain a core part of our work today. We have completed many contracts for London boroughs across schools and council buildings.
These projects often combine tight access, a building that has to stay open to the public and a wide scope. At Enfield Civic Centre that meant craning new cooling towers into place. At Dunmow Community Centre it meant a complete mechanical and electrical package built around a ground source heat pump.
