Chris Sullivan, 30 years with Preou
Chris began his career producing construction drawings before helping develop our original estimating system and, more recently, supporting the move to a cloud-based estimating platform. He established our IT systems, took on the purchase ledger and has played a key role in maintaining our accreditations, including Constructionline, SafeContractor and BESA. Thank you, Chris, for 30 years of commitment and excellence.
Martyn Furness, Contracts Manager
Martyn joins with over 40 years of experience in HVAC and building services. He began with apprenticeships in plumbing, heating, air conditioning and refrigeration before working for major chiller manufacturers, and has managed technically demanding projects in critical environments and heritage buildings.
Amy Jones, Service Coordinator
Amy joins the service department with over eight years of experience in reactive works and maintenance within the construction industry. As the department continues to grow, her appointment is an important step in supporting our clients.
Charles Romero, Business Development Manager
Charles brings a decade of experience within the construction and M&E sectors, a fresh perspective and a strong record of building business relationships as we continue to expand our services.
Sean Butler, Estimator
Sean joins with over 10 years of experience in mechanical and electrical projects across London and Essex. He is a familiar face to Daniel, having studied alongside him at London South Bank University.
