Do you survey as well as install?
Yes. We survey existing doors, openings and fire compartmentation, then design, supply and install the replacement door sets.
What records do we receive?
A digital compliance record for each door, with photographs taken at key stages of the installation, plus the installation and compliance documentation at handover.
Can fire doors be replaced in a listed building?
Yes. At Orley Farm School the new doors met the required fire performance while matching the heritage character of the buildings through sympathetic detailing and traditional glazing.
Can the work be done in school holidays?
Yes. The St Claudine's programme was carried out during the six-week summer holiday.
