Grove Road School, Mechanical Infrastructure Upgrade
Heating and mains hot and cold water systems replaced across three school buildings during the holidays, on time and within budget.
Overview
The Grove Road School mechanical infrastructure upgrade was delivered on time and within budget, and was carried out during school holidays to ensure no disruption to staff or students.
Scope of works
We replaced the heating systems and mains hot and cold water systems across the Foundation Building, Key Stage 1 Building and Key Stage 2 Building. This included designing and installing new hot water cylinders, pressurisation units, boilers and associated plant.
Additionally, we undertook builders work, structural adjustments and high-quality making good and decoration to deliver a polished result.
Outcome
The project provided reliable, efficient systems tailored to the needs of the school. We thank Grove School for their trust and partnership throughout.
