London to Brighton for the British Heart Foundation
Julia Herold rode the 54 miles from London to Brighton in June 2017 in aid of the British Heart Foundation.

Julia Herold took part in the British Heart Foundation London to Brighton bike ride, 54 miles, in June 2017.
Affected directly or indirectly as most of us are by heart disease, the research carried out by the British Heart Foundation is key to beating this disease and a worthy cause to jump on our bikes for.
Julia said: "Heart disease comes in many forms. Having witnessed family and friends who have either suffered the disabilities caused by stroke or, very sadly, death by heart attack, I completely understand the anguish suffered by all. I hope my taking part in this ride will help reduce the fatalities and disabilities caused by heart disease."
