Mechanical Contracting

 As a mechanical contractor, we engage in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning works.

To provide a complete and finished product we hire specialised subcontractors to carry out works related to their industry, such as electricians and bricklayers. An example of this would include a project which requires a concrete pad to be laid in order to facilitate a condenser outside a building or to stand internal boilers on. Another such example would be when extra electrical wires need to be run from a circuit box into a room for a thermostat for a new air conditioning unit, in which case a fully qualified electrician is needed.

Organising these specialist subcontractors forms a part of a mechanical contractors duties. Making sure they are briefed and know exactly what to do, when to do it, is imperative to ensuring a project runs smoothly from start to finish in the most efficient way possible.
