Outline of works; Installation of a new kitchen

Newham Council contracted us to build and install a new industrial kitchen area along with toilet facilities and a loading bay within an existing and operating public building. Works would have to be continuous, including every Saturday and Sunday, as the building was due to be occupied at all times. This also brought forth an extra challenge, as we had to work around being unable to isolate any existing services without affecting other, occupied parts of the building.

The London Borough of Newham’s Projects Coordinator, Charles Martin, commented on our work, stating that we are ‘conscientious, considerate, polite and always willing to help’. Mr Martin then went on to say ‘All works carried out by A.C. Preou were completed to a very high standard. I would recommend A.C. Preou and hope to work with them and their team again in the future.’
