We are the principal contractors for this which is a boiler room that serves a school complex, again it involves swapping from oil fired to gas fired plant. Replacing the existing 2 central heating boilers with three broag condensing boilers a direct fired gas water heater, replacing all pipe work, pumps and flues. The new controls system will be arranged to split the junior and infants sections to enable the client to operate either section of the heating system separately or both together. Our contract value is approx 110k.
