Project: Pymmes Park Visitor Centre
Client: Enfield Council

Pymmes Park is located in Edmonton in the London Borough of Enfield.

The borough received lottery funding to regenerate the Visitor Centre that services the local community and various groups, including the Stroke Action Group. The centre has facilities such as; the main hall, kitchen and multipurpose rooms. A.C. Preou were asked to undertake boiler and associated plant removal and renewal.

 We completed the following works:

– Supplied and installed two new Worcester GreenStar condensing boilers.
– Adapted the cold water mains pipework and gas pipework to suit new system.
– Provided new power and controls cabling from the existing control panel with upgraded Trend software to allow client full autonomy over their new plant equipment.

We ensured that noise and disruption were kept to a minimum throughout the project. We take the management of Health and Safety of employees, sub-contractors, occupants and visitors extremely seriously and we are proud of the outstanding record that we have attained.
