The Greenhill Centre

A.C. Preou successfully completed the installation of a new industrial kitchen area along with toilet facilities and a loading bay within an existing and operating public building.

The Greenhill Centre was occupied at all times and therefore the works were programmed to be completed continuously including working every Saturday and Sunday. This presented a key challenge as we had to work around being unable to isolate any existing services without affecting other occupied parts of the building. This was a challenge we approached positively and subsequently completed the project according to the high standards of Newham Council. We ensured that disruption was kept to a minimum. Noise was always kept to a minimum and we endeavoured to schedule any exceptionally noisy aspects of the project to out of office hours.

A.C. Preou understands the importance of security when working within occupied facilities. We take the management of Health and Safety of employees, sub-contractors, occupants and visitors extremely seriously and we are proud of the outstanding record that we have attained. The London Borough of Newham’s Projects Coordinator, Charles Martin, commented on our work, stating that we are ‘conscientious, considerate, polite and always willing to help’. Mr Martin then went on to say ‘All works carried out by A.C. Preou were completed to a very high standard. I would recommend A.C. Preou and hope to work with them and their team again in the future.’
