Lea Bridge Road

Outline of works; Replacement of existing faulty boilers.

We were tasked with replacing the boilers at 37 Lea Bridge Road as the existing were faulty, and no longer suitably serving the 56 flats that relied on them. While the boiler replacement works were being carried out, Hackney Council also contracted us to install and modify the existing kitchen and roof extract fans.

The challenge of keeping the 56 flats supplied with heating and hot water during the works was one that we have an easy answer for. Using our very own 120Kw commercial temporary heating system, we were able to effortlessly meet the demands of the residents, ensuring smooth operation for the duration of the works.
