On this contract we were sub contractors for Sindall Limited builders.

The building will be a high quality fully air conditioned offices suite served by a VRV system with fan coils on each floor, the high efficiency units with roof mounted air cooled condensers will allow both cooling and heating at the same time. we are also installing the complete sanitary services, with all new soil stacks and wastes, supplying and fitting new sanitary ware, along with new cold mains plumbing system. our contract value is approx 150k
